Intensive In-Home Counseling Services support youth experiencing behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges that put them at risk of being displaced from their homes. Using evidence-based techniques, our team works collaboratively with the child and their family to address problematic behaviors and build a specialized treatment plan tailored to the child’s unique needs. ​

Services are provided in the home environment to maintain stability and strengthen family dynamics, with staff available 24/7 for crisis management and support. SCBHS staff assist with reducing barriers to functioning and improving interpersonal relationships through modeling, clinical interventions, and active family involvement. Our team also collaborates with community resources, offers case coordination, and connects families to external supports to ensure the child’s success in treatment. Our goal is to enhance family functioning, decrease the risk of out-of-home placements, and help children remain in their home environment while making positive behavioral changes.
